A gastronimoc rosé 

Cultivare Rosé  is the first rosé monovarietal from the Vallformosa premium range, a signature wine launched in a special edition limited to 1,824 units that is born in a 25-year-old Syrah vineyard located in the Penedès region, in Barcelona.

Manually harvested in mid-September, this gastronomic rosé has a pleasant and imposing entry. It is structured on the palate, with body and volume, but with balanced acidity that provides this 100% Syrah rosé wine with a complex and interesting aroma.

With notes of caramelized red fruit mixed with subtle touches of fresh wood and vanilla, coming from the French oak barrels of fermentation. 

With all, a delight for the most demanding palates, a rosé wine conceived to be the perfect culinary pairing.
