Intense, elegant and complex aroma. Notes of white fruits and citrus with floral touches. Fruity and dry at the same time, with a pleasant finish and complex taste. Soft bubbles with a lingering ending.
HARVEST: 100% manual.
Chardonnay: end of August and Xarel-lo: mid-September.
FERMENTATION: 1st fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. 2nd fermentation in the bottle using the Traditional Method.
AGING: Medium aging of 28 months on its lees.
