VENDIMIA: Manual. Pinot Noir: first week of September.
FERMENTATION: 1st fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC.
2nd fermentation in bottle by the Traditional Method.
AGEING: Average aging of 12 months on the lees.
Vallformosa Gala rosé is a pale cherry-colored cava with an elegant, floral and fruity bouquet with hints of rose and raspberry and light touches of ageing. Very femenine, sensual and round on the palate, it is sweet on the palate, cheerful and lively.
