HARVEST: The Pinot Noir grapes were harvested by hand in early September 2021.
FERMENTATION:1st fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 16ºC. 2nd fermentation in bottle with traditional method.
AGEING: Aged for at least 18 months.
IN APPEARANCE: Pale pink colour with purplish reflections, small and constant bubbles, showing its finesse.
ON THE NOSE: Delicate and pleasant nose, showing notes of red fruits, such as strawberry or raspberry, as well as sweet floral notes that mingle with the ageing notes.
ON THE PALATE: Smooth and pleasant on the palate, with fine bubbles and balanced acidity. We notice the red fruit mixed with creamy notes of pastries from the ageing.
