Antich Original is the first vermouth from Barcelona. With a smooth and structured aroma, you will immediately taste its Mediterranean character.
AROMAS:balance between sweetness and tension on the nose. The sweetness is expressed with notes of elderflower, vanilla, thyme and cinnamon. And the tension is expressed with gentian showcasing aromas such as clay and spices, together with notes of oxidative ageing.
TASTE:Absinthe forms the core of the body on the palate, over which the herbal and spice aromas unfold. And the sweetness reaches the waterline of the bitterness, filling the holes in the body, but without obscuring the identity of all the herbs in the 19th century recipe, Barcelona’s heritage.
AFTERTASTE: the sweet and oxidative ageing aromas come into play, providing a singular perception of volume that nuances and gives a very pleasant character, with a tense and bitter aftertaste that defines the 100% vermouth soul of this product.
