The Sakura Awards are one of the most relevant events in the wine and sparkling wine sector in Asia. In the 9th edition of these awards given by the Japan Women's Wine, Vallformosa has once again stood out winning 3 Gold medals and 1 Silver.

Specifically, the winners have been three cavas and a wine: Masia Freyé Parellada/Muscat, a floral, fresh and fruity white wine with an elegant and persistent finish that has won over the jury.

Regarding the cavas, the gold medals have gone to Proa Brut and Gran Barón Icónico, while Mvsa Semiseco has won the silver medal.

This is a new push for Vallformosa wines and sparklings that, little by little, but steadily, are making their way into the Asian market, with more and more references and brands taking the stand. 🥂
